I am a person centred counsellor which means I don't give advice or tell you what to do. I will listen in a non judgemental way and support you in your decisions and help you come to your own conclusions. I provide a safe, confidential space in which you can explore your problems and issues.

I can also incorporate the use of Reiki or Aromatherapy into the counselling session to further support and help you to resolve your issues.

Sessions usually run for 50 minutes on a weekly basis but can be adapted to suit your needs.

Supervision is over one and a half hours for counsellors and trainee counsellors and can be flexible for other health and social care backgrounds requiring supervision.

I also offer competitive rates for student counsellors requiring personal therapy to meet course specification.
